Registration

 

Registration for a course at Corcova Música can be done in two ways : 1. through the website, http://www.corcovamusica.wix.com/violinguitar/, or 2. through a completed and signed registration form which should then be sent to Corcova Música, Rua das Flores 195, Alto dos Gaios, 2765-067 Estoril, Portugal. The registration is valid from the moment the form is received at Corcova Música. After registration you will receive a registration confirmation.

By registering you declare to agree to the general conditions of Corcova Música. Children and young people till 17 years old have to be registered by the parents / guardians. Placement is always dependent on the number of places available.

 

Payment

 

The bill with the full tuition fee will be sent after the start of the course (for the regular lessons the payment is monthly). The full amount of the tuition fee has to be paid before the first lesson of the course. In late payment Corcova Música can decide not to let the student participate to the lessons of Corcova Música. A partial refund of the tuition fee is  possible only if Corcova Música cancels lessons and/or classes during the course.  Restitution is in these cases withheld from the following lessons that are missed.

 

Cancelling registration or unsubscribing from a course

 

You have the option to cancel your registration up to 21 days before the start of the course. This deregistration should always be made in writing or by e-mail (corcovamusica@gmail.com). If problems arise between a teacher and student, Corcova Música may decide to not let the student continue his or her lessons with Corcova Música.

 

Use of video and images

 

During the lessons or courses pictures or video recordings may be made. These pictures  may be used for brochures and other advertising purposes of Corcova Música, and the video recordings for the website and open days. If you object to this, this should be made known to Corcova Música before the first lesson starts. Send your objection to Corcova Música; corcovamusica@gmail.com. If we do not receive an objection, we assume that you agree to our use of pictures and video recordings as stated above.

 

Trainees

It is possible that classes are attended or taught by a trainee. This is always done under the supervision of the teacher.

 

Cancellations

 

If a lesson is cancelled, for example due to the illness of a teacher, you will be informed. In order to inform you adequately please indicate your current mobile number and e-mail address to Corcova Música (corcovamusica@gmail.com). If the student is absent, the lesson can be cancelled by calling tel.nr.968644890 or e-mailing corcovamusica@gmail.com (no refund will be made).

 

Communication

 

To save costs and reduce paper consumption Corcova Música sends as much information and invoices as possible via e-mail. In order to inform you adequately please give your current e-mail address to Corcova Música (corcovamusica@gmail.com).
